At Nyon Nightz, your satisfaction and confidence come first. We stand by the quality of our pieces, if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned in original condition, with all components (e.g. dust bags, boxes).
To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If the item is not approved for refund (e.g. worn, damaged, or missing packaging), it will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We recommend placing a new order to secure the item you want, then return your original (if eligible) for a refund.
Final Sale & Ineligible Items
- All sale items, gift cards, and lingerie/intimates are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will be rejected.
